Can I buy SFD2 right now?
No. SFD2 is out of stock. We are not accepting SFD2 orders or publishing SFD2 prices until supply returns. SFD (instant) remains available.
Do pack credits expire?
No. Once you've paid for a pack, the credits stay on your account until you use them. There is no expiry date.
Can I mix SFD and SFD2 credits?
No — credits are tied to the protocol generation they were bought for. You can hold both SFD and SFD2 credits in parallel, but they don't convert.
Do you charge VAT?
Listed prices are net. EU VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing country via Stripe Tax. Business customers in the EU can enter a valid VAT ID for reverse charge.
Can I get a refund?
SFD: refundable until the token is generated (typically a few seconds). SFD2: refundable any time until our operator delivers the token. After delivery, tokens are non-refundable in both cases.
Do you offer enterprise / dealer pricing?
Yes. If you need more than 50 SFD tokens or 10 SFD2 tokens per month, email support@sfdcode.com — we can set you up with a billed account and bulk discount.
